Halo sterile tissue

Advancing ocular surgery with ready-to-use, sterile solutions

What is halo sterile tissue?

Halo® sterile tissue represents a significant advancement in glaucoma and corneal surgery. Developed by VisionGift, these allografts are shelf-stable, room-temperature stored, and require no rinsing or rehydration, making them ideal for both emergency procedures and scheduled surgeries. Available in cornea, sclera, and pericardium, halo® tissue is available in whole and precut segments.

Why choose halo?

Crystal Clear Visibility Post-Op

Halo® sterile corneas maintain lasting clarity— unlike traditional opaque patches—enabling easier post-operative assessment and delivering a more natural cosmetic result.

Surgeon-Ready

Sterile, peel-packed tissues allow for convenient storage & easy handling in the operating room.

Long Shelf Life

Can be stored at room temperature without needing reconstitution, ensuring tissue availability for scheduled & emergent needs.

Sterile

Utilizes E-Beam Sterilization to achieve an industry-standard sterility assurance level of 10⁻⁶, reducing processing time and limiting environmental exposure during processing.

Variety

Available in cornea, sclera, and pericardium, with options for whole and pre-cut segments. Corneas are offered in both half and full thickness.
