It’s not too often that we get to talk about ourselves. Here’s a little introduction to our team. Let’s break the ice.
Philip Fasone
Executive Director
Philip joined Vision Share in 2016. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales for an international distributor of the American Heart Association and Senior Director of International Distributor Development for a biotech company. He brings over 20 years of experience in international distribution, operations, customer service, and business development. Philip holds a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and has completed six Olympic-distance Triathlons.
Tony Dang
Director of Client Services
Tony joined Vision Share in 2016 after working in Canada’s healthcare sector, specializing in inventory, supply chain management, and logistics for the provincial government. Since then, he has advanced in the eye banking industry, focusing on shipping routes and streamlining daily operations. While he continues to oversee operations, Tony has also taken on leadership of the Business Development department, focusing on building relationships and creating new opportunities for the organization. A lifelong tennis player, Tony competed at both the collegiate and professional levels. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4-year-old son.
Melanie Howell
Marketing Manager
Melanie joined Vision Share in July 2024 after spending four years as a marketing consultant at a digital marketing agency. Before that, she held various positions, including Marketing, Accounting and Project Management, at a software consulting firm for over a decade. She earned an MBA in Project Management from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from King University. In her free time, Melanie enjoys photography, hiking in nature and public speaking.
Darrell Walters
Accounting Manager
Darrell joined the Vision Share team in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance and operational leadership across the nonprofit, healthcare, logistics, and education sectors. He is passionate about building financial systems that enable mission-driven growth and help organizations operate with clarity and purpose. Darrell holds a master’s degree in Accounting and has led finance teams for global nonprofits, managing multimillion-dollar budgets with a strong focus on transparency, stewardship, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Darrell enjoys life as a husband and father of four—cheering on UGA football, rooting for the Braves, and spending weekends on the sidelines as a proud soccer dad.
Brian Keenan
Client Development Specialist
Brian joined the Vision Share team in 2022. His business background is in field marketing management and corporate sponsorship management. He was also a licensed acupuncturist and herbologist. He holds a BA in Journalism/Public Relations and a MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Elizabeth Grenier
Ocular Client Services Supervisor
Elizabeth joined Vision Share in 2023 after beginning her career in ophthalmology and optometry in 2017. Working in the eye banking industry, she finds fulfillment in learning something new every day and playing a vital part in helping restore sight globally. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Salvatore Moore
Ocular Client Services Coordinator
Salvatore joined Vision Share in 2023 with prior experience in ophthalmology from years of working at a private practice. He loves eye care and has a genuine desire to help people. In his free time, Sal likes to play video games and draw. He hopes to one day travel the country in his RV.
Angela Horne
Ocular Client Services Coordinator
Angela became part of Vision Share in August 2025. As a Board-Certified Optician with a B.S. in Biology from the University of West Florida, she combines her technical expertise with a deep passion for science and vision restoration. In her free time, Angela loves snowboarding and spending time with her family.
