Since 1998, Vision Share has been guided by a simple principle: when eye banks pool resources, we can place more tissue, reduce inefficiencies, and better serve surgeons and patients, without compromising standards or autonomy.
Pooling resources allows Vision Share members the opportunity to ensure that donor tissue reaches patients, when and where it’s needed most.
Today, our network supports transplant and research programs in more than 30 countries and has facilitated the placement of over 141,000 corneas worldwide. This scale is made possible by trusted partnerships with leading EBAA-accredited eye banks committed to collaboration and excellence.
